Theyir smoothies and bowls are typically very good. Most of the time, I've been 100% satisfied. This last time however, I was frustrated and disappointed. I have a specific bowl I order every time I go. Recently, I got Roxberry for dinner on the way to a show. It was missing some of my added ingredients, it was missing an ingredient that normally comes in it and was pretty low from the top of the container. The last part would probably have gone unnoticed expect for the fact that normally, it's almost overfilled and packed full. In fact one time, I was given a completely separate cup for the extra granola I had ordered because it was too full to have it added before putting on the lid. I'm still going to give a 4 star for the majority of visits being decent to great.

Roxberry in Nampa is the best for fresh, flavorful smoothies & bowls. The smoothies are made with fresh fruit, fresh pressed juices and awesome acai bowls. No artifical additives. Love to try a new one every time i go for breakfast, lunch or a quick snack. The atmosphere is friendly & welcoming, especially when my fav team member Mia Nguyen is working. If you've ever had the pleasure of being served by Mia, you're order will be on point!

I’ve got to give a shoutout to Mia — she’s always so helpful and accommodating, no matter what I ask for. She’s honestly one of the reasons I keep coming back! Great vibes, great service, and even better bowls. Highly recommend!

This location has improved since my last review. Order was accurate, store was clean and staff was friendly. Plus the owner offered me a free replacement and an apology. This will be my future go-to for fruit bowls at night or whenever I’m nearby.
